DION SULLIVAN

Managing Director / CEO

Mr Sullivan is a digital marketing veteran with more than 20 years’ experience. He has held positions of increasing responsibility within Clairol/Bristol Myers Squibb, and FTD.com, where he assisted in spearheading the launch of FTD.com (Interflora internationally), transforming a 90-year-old, struggling not-for-profit into a successful NASDAQ listing (current market capitalisation of approximately US$825 million). Since 2000, he has lived in Silicon Valley and has held executive positions within Bank of America, Viacom, MTV Kids & Family, VideoJax, and Betfair/TVG North America.


DOUG BARRY

Chairman and Adviser of MSM US

Mr Barry has spent the past 20 years working in the media, entertainment and technology industries as a successful entrepreneur, investor, advisor and operating executive. He co-founded Selby Ventures in 2000 where he focused on seed and early stage investments in digital media, internet and mobile. Mr Barry was an original venture investor in Pandora Media, a leading online radio service with over 150 million users and $1 billion in revenue. Other notable investments include Bigfix (acquired by IBM), Clairvoyante (acquired by Samsung) and Coremetrics (acquired by IBM). Mr Barry is Chairman of Digital Riot and was an early advisor/consultant to TiVo (digital video recording), Glu (early mobile gaming) and Rightsflow (digital rights management acquired by Google). Previously, he was an executive at Turner Entertainment and Electronic Arts.


ADAM WELLISCH

Non-Executive Chairman

Mr Wellisch has 18 years’ experience in technology strategy, business administration, systems consulting and software development. He has held executive and non-executive positions for technology organisations ranging from start-ups to large multinationals. Recent appointments include Asia-Pacific CIO for market-leading FTSE 100, Compass Group plc, and Information Systems Director for Bupa’s fast-growing health services division.


SOPHIE MCGILL

Executive Director

Ms McGill has been at the forefront of the digital media revolution for the past 15 years. As Executive Director of MSM, she is charged with running digital media and entertainment to the APAC region, as well as working with the company on strategic partnerships and product launches. At Endemol in 2005, she was on the team that created the first live streaming of the Big Brother house, 24/7, to multiple platforms. In 2009, she co-founded Media Venture Partners, a content investment and management firm with interests in several media, entertainment, and production companies. More recently, she helped create Amplify Live, a globally trending influencer road show in Australia which was partnered by Twitter. In addition to her responsibilities as Executive Director of MSM, Ms McGill also serves as CEO of Petticoat Mafia, an independent production house in Sydney, Australia, which she founded in January of 2016.


MARK CLEMENTS

Non-Executive Director and Company Secretary

Mr Clements has a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a member of both the Australian Institute Company Directors and the Governance Institute of Australia. Mr Clements currently holds the position of Company Secretary of a number of publicly listed companies and is Chairman of MOD Resources Limited (ASX:MOD). Mr Clements has experience in corporate finance, accounting and administration, capital raising and ASX Compliance and regulatory requirements.


US Advisory Board


Megastar Millionaire has established an advisory board to be constituted by board members based in the United States with a broad range of experience in the digital, entertainment and social media industries.

The initial two members of the Megastar Millionaire US Advisory Board are Mr John Baldecchi and Mr Michael Pole.

Megastar Millionaire will leverage the significant experience of the members of the US Advisory Board in the entertainment and social media industries.

The Megastar Millionaire US Advisory Board will conduct quarterly meetings with the intention of assisting in the strategic and corporate development and promote the interests of the Group.


MICHAEL POLE

Advisory Board Member

Michael is a versatile and dynamic Studio Executive with a 25+ year proven track record of managing the development of hit video games.  He has held senior management positions with some of the industries most successful video and mobile game companies including Nexon, gloops, Electronic Arts, Activision, Fox Interactive and Vivendi Universal Games.

As Senior VP at both Electronic Arts and Fox Interactive, he managed the development and launch of some of the most successful game franchises in the industry including; Simpsons: Hit and Run, Simpsons: Road Rage, The Hulk, Tony Hawk, World of Warcraft, NASCAR 1998-2002, Knockout Kings, Scarface, Ice Age, Robots, Hot Wheels Racing, NCAA College Basketball and Tiger Woods Golf.

Michael’s games have sold over 40 million units across mobile, console and PC platforms and have generated in excess of $1 billion in revenue.


JOHN BALDECCHI

Advisory Board Member

John Baldecchi is an accomplished TV and film producer whose movies have grossed over $600 million in worldwide box office for such studios at Disney, Sony, 20th Century Fox, Lionsgate, and DreamWorks. He has also produced or developed movies, mini series and series with Paramount, AMC, Warners, MGM, ABC, Screen Gems, New Regency and Dimension.

Mr. Baldecchi recently produced the $100 million remake of the seminal action film, ‘Point Break’. The movie was released internationally through Warner Bros. last Christmas . His next feature is ‘Crash Site’ and will be directed by two-time Oscar winner, Charles Gibson. A partial list of John’s other produced credits include: ‘Odd Thomas’ based on the Dean Koontz series of the same name, and directed by Stephen Sommers (‘The Mummy’, ‘GI Joe’), the big-budget remake of ‘Conan’ for Lions Gate Studio, ‘88 Minutes’, starring Al Pacino, ‘The Mexican’, directed by Gore Verbinski (‘Pirates of the Caribbean’), and starring Julia Roberts and Brad Pitt and ‘Simon Birch’, with James Gandolfini, Gene Hackman, Ashley Judd, Jim Carrey, Oliver Platt and David Straithairn.

Mr. Baldecchi is now Founder/CEO of ‘Digital Riot’, a disruptive “direct to fan” online film studio featuring the most popular social media stars from YouTube, Vine, Instagram, and Snapchat. Mr. Baldecchi graduated UCLA with a degree in economics.


JON KRAFT

Advisory Board Member

Jon has over two decades of experience in software and consumer digital media. A classic “serial entrepreneur,” he has founded or co-founded no fewer than seven successful companies, including his best-known venture, Pandora Media. One of the world’s largest and most successful music streaming services, Pandora currently has over 250 million registered users and a market cap of over $2.1 billion.

Jon is currently the CEO of MuMo, a new mobile social music sharing service. In addition, he is Chairman and co-founder of Thrively, a consumer technology platform that helps children discover and pursue their passions. He is also co-founder of LiftOff LLC, a business accelerator that helps early stage and Fortune 500 companies develop and launch new products.

Before launching his latest ventures, Jon was COO and a member of the founding team at UberMedia, Idealab’s prominent Internet start-up and currently the world’s leading independent developer of mobile social apps. Before that, he was co-founder and COO of Big Stage Entertainment, an advanced avatar platform company recognized by Forbes in 2009 as one of America’s 20 Most Promising Companies, and sold to Image Metrix in 2010.


JENNIFER HERMAN

Advisory Board Member

Jennifer strengthens MSM’s Advisory Board with her 20 years of experience in digital entertainment, social media, and video games. Over the years, she has held key leadership roles in business and product development, licensing, distribution, and marketing at leading entertainment and gaming companies. She is currently President of Lucky 29 Media, which provides advisory and consultancy services to digital entertainment start-ups.

Her experience includes producing the early web efforts for MTV Networks at Viacom and Electronic Arts, where she was part of the hugely successful EA Sports division. As a founding team member of early mobile publisher Glu Mobile, Jennifer was a pioneer in the mobile game market.

More recently, Jennifer has held senior positions at video game publisher Zynga, where she helped the company define its mobile strategy and grow its business to become one of the leaders in mobile gaming. She oversaw Zynga’s strategic partnerships with Google and Apple, including the launch of FarmVille on the iPhone. At its peak, FarmVille had over 80 million monthly users, generating over $1 billion in revenue by 2013. It remains one of the most popular and profitable games ever created.

Engineer turned applied mathematician with experience in statistical modeling, optimization, recommender systems, information retrieval, large-scale machine learning, and data mining.

JOSH HEENAN

Executive Producer of Studio

Josh has more than 12 years of experience in the digital gaming industry, and six years working with social and mobile platforms. He has worked on major franchises including Call of Duty, Rockband and various Star Wars titles from LucasArts.

In 2010 Josh joined Zynga, helping establish its studio in India. He later took up a role at Booyah where he ran operations on My Town 2 (1M Daily Average Users (DAU)) and No Zombies Allowed (500K DAU). Most recently, Josh was with global developer and publisher of free-to-play PC and mobile online games Nexon, helping to launch and operate DomiNations (1.5M DAU).


ERIC CROOK

Director of Engineering

Eric has spent more than 8 years in the mobile and gaming industry having begun as a senior software engineer at Digital Chocolate in 2008 where he worked on the Facebook game MillionaireCity, which had 2M DAU. Following Digital Chocolate, he joined “gloops” where he wrote and executed a scalable re-usable backend technology that runs DomiNations, a mobile game with 1.5m DAU.

After gloops was acquired by Nexon, Eric became Director of Engineering and was the technical and management lead for the platform, scaling, big data, analytics and machine learning. The platform had over 1 billion interactions per day.
